An important benefit is that we pass on all exclusive trade discounts directly to you. This means that many clients effectively recover part or even all of our design fee through the savings we negotiate on your behalf, making this service not only convenient but also highly cost-effective.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Our Interior Design Service focuses exclusively on the creative design phase of your interior spaces. Whether you want to reconfigure your furniture layout, select colours, fabrics, curtains, or accessories, we provide a complete design proposal tailored to your style and budget.
This service produces detailed and cohesive design concepts, including bespoke carpentry, kitchen layouts, paint palettes, and furniture selections — but does not include purchasing, delivery, or installation.
It’s perfect for clients who want a professional design plan to execute at their own pace, or when the full budget for completing the project isn’t available upfront.
Structural changes such as knocking down walls or altering the dwelling’s framework are not included in this service.
